Impound Compliance began in Los Angeles in 2008, helping car-sharing companies recover vehicles from tow yards. As car-sharing programs grew, so did the need for a consistent recovery process. Every day a vehicle remained in storage could add charges, interrupt service, and keep an asset unavailable.

Rental car companies faced many of the same challenges. Recovering a vehicle could require proof of ownership, corporate authorization, an agency release, payment coordination, review of tow and storage charges, and transportation back to the fleet.

We built our service around coordinating those steps. What began with car-sharing recoveries in Los Angeles has grown into nationwide impound recovery support for businesses that own, rent, lease, insure, sell, or manage vehicles.
